Limited edition: Avelines
Dunant + Moynier-
The Favarger Manufacture, the last remaining chocolate factory in Geneva, was founded in 1826 and its founders were contemporaries of Henry Dunant and Gustave Moynier, founding members of the Red Cross. It is therefore natural that Favarger should support the
Dunant + Moynier Association initiative celebrating the centenary of the deaths of these great men of humanitarian aid.
A new Avelines recipe has been created for the occasion, combining delicious milk chocolate with nougatine bits and roasted almond slivers.
These exclusive products are available at Manor Cornavin in Geneva, as well as at the Chocolaterie boutique in Versoix.
For every box sold, CHF 1.00 is donated to the Association, whose aim is to increase awareness of the works of the two main founders of the Red Cross.

The one-kilo tablets are for both professional and amateur cooks who love to make desserts with fine quality chocolate. These couvertures are made with cocoa beans of noble origin from Ecuador, Venezuela, Dominican Republic or Columbia. There is also a blended product.
